Description

  • Develop course titles, descriptions, learning outcomes, highlights, and instructor bios.
  • Translate instructional or technical information into clear, learner-friendly messaging.
  • Ensure course pages clearly communicate value and match the brand tone.
  • Optimize course pages for discoverability and user engagement.
  • Define and maintain the categorization and tagging structure of courses.
  • Ensure consistent formatting, naming conventions, and classification standards.
  • Update metadata (levels, topics, duration, prerequisites) as needed.

Responsibilities

  •  Update metadata (levels, topics, duration, prerequisites) as needed.
  •  Share structured course page content and catalog requirements for uploading.
  • Track upload status and ensure timelines are met.
  • Align on workflow, naming standards, and versioning procedures.
  • Work with Instructors / Content Providers to collect accurate course data.
  • Coordinate with Product/Learning Experience teams to design course flow logic.
  • Support Marketing with key selling points and course highlights when needed.

Who You Are

  • Strong copywriting and content structuring ability.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with LMS/CMS platforms and catalog logic (not necessarily
  • uploading).
  • Ability to interpret learning or product frameworks and convert them into
  • clear messaging.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
