We’re expanding our team and seeking Coordinators to support the execution and day-to-day operations of our training and development programs.

Manage trainee pools and follow up on their daily progress and participation.
Administer and moderate WhatsApp groups and other communication platforms,
concerning sharing program updates, session links, materials, responding to
participants' questions, and sharing other resources on time
Coordinate and attend online and offline training sessions.
Conduct operational procurement that is aligned with project needs and protocols.
Perform call center operations and follow up with assigned leads.
Utilize CRM systems (Excel, Coda, etc.) for tracking and documentation.
Track participant engagement and ensure alignment with project KPIs.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CRM systems and project tracking tools (e.g., Excel, Coda) is an advantage.
Experience in community management, phone-based customer support, or event coordination is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
