Description

  • Manage trainee pools and follow up on their daily progress and participation.
  • Administer and moderate WhatsApp groups and other communication platforms,
  • concerning sharing program updates, session links, materials, responding to
  • participants' questions, and sharing other resources on time
  • Coordinate and attend online and offline training sessions.
  • Conduct operational procurement that is aligned with project needs and protocols.
  • Perform call center operations and follow up with assigned leads.
  • Utilize CRM systems (Excel, Coda, etc.) for tracking and documentation.
  • Track participant engagement and ensure alignment with project         KPIs.

  • Prepare and submit regular reports to the management team.

Who You Are

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and project tracking tools (e.g., Excel, Coda) is an advantage.
  • Experience in community management, phone-based customer support, or event coordination is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
