Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Assist in a specific sales campaign by providing support and technical knowledge to potential customers, answering inquiries about the services offered in the campaign, aiding in subscription processes, and providing advice and guidance regarding available offers and courses.
  • Communicating with all departments to identify the problem and follow up with its solution from start to finish, and reporting to the business development department.
  • Follow up with leads and inquiries promptly to maintain engagement and increase conversion rates.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and trends.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively communicate with customers to gather feedback and address any potential concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively address customer concerns.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our system.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and attract more customers by delivering positive experiences and effective support throughout the advertising campaign period.

Who You Are

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong professional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent teamwork abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Very good command of the English language.
