Description

Design and implement comprehensive M&E frameworks and tools for educational programs
Create logic models, theories of change, and key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with program objectives
Prepare detailed M&E reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders
Document lessons learned, best practices, and success stories from program activities
Engage with donors, partners, and stakeholders to share M&E findings
Provide feedback and recommendations based on M&E findings to improve program design and delivery
Implement quality assurance measures to maintain the integrity of M&E data and processes
Attend the training workshops conducted to ensure smooth implementation

Responsibilities

Oversee the development and implementation of the Performance Monitoring Plan to capture project performance and results, including routine service delivery data reporting, baseline and end-line assessments, and all monitoring for process and outcome evaluations.
Lead efforts to monitor and evaluate project interventions, document results, and provide feedback to stakeholders to guide decision-making.
Lead efforts to utilize training monitoring systems to track and monitor trainers and participants at training events to facilitate follow-up and recordkeeping.
Conduct targeted evaluations and operations research, including design, data collection, management, and analysis.

Who You Are

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Monitoring and Evaluation, preferably in the education sector.
Familiarity with educational program evaluation methodologies.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Statistics, or a related field.
Excellent Communication, Time Management, and Multitasking Skills.
Excellent Organized Data Collection and report writing Skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong report writing and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
Excellent English and Arabic Languages.
Excellent user of Microsoft Office and Zoom Meeting
