Description

Work with our partners and internal teams (EYouth for Development, Education Department, and Sales) to work on tailored projects and initiatives to drive revenue and new partnerships within the ecosystem.
Develop, monitor, and adjust the strategy and ideal partner profiles (such as Ministries, NGOs, and International Organizations) in the MENA, along with practices to continuously improve results.

Responsibilities

Implement new and existing policies and procedures that proactively foster an environment of continuous growth.
Continually research and identify new potential partners/content creators and opportunities to enhance existing relationships.
Track and maintain accurate records of partners/content creators' records and contracts, and ensure timely quality execution.
Research and analyze the market to identify collaboration opportunities.

Who You Are

At least 1 year of experience in partnerships or business development.
Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
Excellent user of Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, and other outreach tools.
Excellent English & Arabic Languages.
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
Excellent Strategic thinking and Attention to detail skills

Nice-To-Have

Experience working with international NGOs, ministries, or multilateral organizations.
Familiarity with partnership development in the MENA region.
Previous involvement in fundraising, grant writing, or CSR initiatives.
Experience working in fast-paced startups, especially in EdTech, Development, or Social Innovation.
A natural connector who enjoys building relationships, negotiating, and closing deals that align with a mission.
