Description

Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to introduce training solutions.
Conduct discovery meetings to assess client needs in workforce development and talent onboarding.
Collaborate with product and content teams to design customized learning solutions aligned with client goals.
Deliver clear and persuasive product demos and presentations.
Support the sales team in proposal development and deal negotiation throughout the pre-sales process.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders to ensure trust and smooth transition to post-sales.
Conduct market research to identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve offerings.
Log all client interactions and progress accurately in the CRM system.
Provide feedback to internal teams for continuous product and content improvement.

Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in pre-sales, business development, or client-facing roles (preferably in training, education, or SaaS solutions).
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex solutions clearly.
Proven ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.

Nice-To-Have

Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Very good command of English (written and spoken).
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (sales, product, and content).
