Description

EYouth is looking for a Project Coordinator to support the execution of educational projects and work closely with the Project Manager to ensure smooth implementation across different locations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Manager in the execution of project plans, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope.
  • Follow up on all activities related to project implementation, both virtual and on-ground.
  • Coordinate with field coordinators to ensure seamless execution of project activities across different locations.
  • Monitor project progress against the project plan, identifying any deviations and reporting them to the Project Manager.
  • Prepare detailed reports on project activities, providing insights and recommendations to the Project Manager.
  • Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with the project frameworks established by the Project Manager.
  • Assist in monitoring project budget consumption, ensuring expenditures align with the approved budget.
  • Identify potential risks and issues during project implementation and provide proactive solutions.
  • Escalate any significant risks or issues to the Project Manager for further action.

Who You Are

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in the Educational field.
  • Excellent Time Management,
  • Organizational and Communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent English & Arabic languages (Reading and writing)
