Description

Assist the Project Manager in the execution of project plans, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope.
Follow up on all activities related to project implementation, both virtual and on-ground.
Coordinate with field coordinators to ensure seamless execution of project activities across different locations.
Monitor project progress against the project plan, identifying any deviations and reporting them to the Project Manager.
Prepare detailed reports on project activities, providing insights and recommendations to the Project Manager.

Responsibilities

Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with the project frameworks established by the Project Manager.
Assist in monitoring project budget consumption, ensuring expenditures align with the approved budget.
Identify potential risks and issues during project implementation and provide proactive solutions.
Escalate any significant risks or issues to the Project Manager for further action.

Who You Are

Education: Bachelor’s degree
At least 1-3 years of experience in the Educational field.
Excellent Time Management,
Organizational and Communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Excellent English & Arabic languages (Reading and writing)
