Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success indicators aligned with training-to-employment goals.
Develop detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, and execution roadmaps.
Set project milestones, timelines, and performance targets.
Manage project budget, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective delivery.
Monitor progress against project schedule and ensure timely delivery of outputs.
Coordinate the design and implementation of training interventions aligned with labor market demand.
Ensure training content and delivery meet required quality standards and market relevance.
Work closely with trainers, technical experts, and training providers to ensure effective execution.
Ensure beneficiary engagement, retention, and successful completion of training activities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, hiring partners, and private sector stakeholders across Saudi Arabia.
Identify employment opportunities and develop partnerships that support placement of program graduates.
Lead employment facilitation activities to ensure graduates are connected to relevant job opportunities.
Support the development of placement strategies and job-matching processes.
Oversee candidate readiness processes (CV support, interview preparation, employability workshops).
Ensure smooth coordination between graduates and employers to maximize hiring outcomes.
Track employment outcomes and ensure targets related to job placement are achieved.
Manage communication with clients, donors, and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct regular progress meetings, provide updates, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver professional presentations and reports to clients and senior management.

PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
Previous experience working with government entities, donors, NGOs, or private sector workforce initiatives.
Experience in managing technical training programs (e.g., IT, digital skills, engineering, data, cybersecurity, etc.).
Familiarity with Saudization-related frameworks and workforce development initiatives
