Description

Lead the full instructional design lifecycle for major educational initiatives, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational objectives.
Design and develop innovative e-learning content, virtual learning experiences, instructor-led training materials, and blended learning programs.
Create comprehensive assessment tools (e.g., quizzes, case studies, simulations) to evaluate learner progress and measure course effectiveness

Responsibilities

Please make sure all content follows SCORM/xAPI standards and integrates seamlessly with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Produce high-quality instructional materials, including storyboards, scripts, instructional graphics, and user interfaces
Contribute to proposal development by providing expertise in educational design and creating compelling educational content.
Mentor junior instructional designers, offering guidance on instructional design methodologies, best practices, and technologies

Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 3 years of experience in instructional design, e-learning, or educational development.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong project management skills.
Exceptional communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Nice-To-Have

Proven experience in leading projects and mentoring teams.
Expertise in LMS, SCORM, and instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Agile).
