Description

Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of Training Leads.
Set performance KPIs and quality benchmarks.
Conduct regular performance reviews and leadership coaching sessions.
Drive accountability and continuous improvement across all training teams.
Establish and maintain quality assurance frameworks.
Review audit findings and ensure corrective action plans are implemented.
Ensure curriculum alignment and delivery consistency across all training groups.
Analyze consolidated weekly reports from Training Leads.
Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Present structured performance insights to senior management.
Monitor KPIs related to engagement, trainer performance, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with Content Management to ensure curriculum clarity, updates, and alignment.
Coordinate with the Academic Committee to maintain academic standards and instructional consistency.
Communicate with operations and technical teams to resolve delivery challenges.
Act as the central link between training operations and academic strategy.
Design and oversee professional development plans for Training Leads and trainers.
Identify skill gaps and implement coaching or training initiatives.
Build leadership capacity within the training structure.
Oversee execution of both online and in-person training activities.
Ensure effective scheduling, trainer allocation, and program scalability.
Supervise major training events and quality milestones.

Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Education, or a related field (Computer Science preferred).
Minimum 5+ years of teaching or training experience in technical disciplines.
At least 2–3 years of leadership or team management experience.
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
Experience managing structured training programs or educational operations.

Nice-To-Have

Experience in EdTech or large-scale training environments.
Background in quality assurance frameworks.
Certification in Training, Learning & Development, or Educational Leadership is a plus.
