Description

  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of Training Leads.
  • Set performance KPIs and quality benchmarks.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and leadership coaching sessions.
  • Drive accountability and continuous improvement across all training teams.
  • Establish and maintain quality assurance frameworks.
  • Review audit findings and ensure corrective action plans are implemented.
  • Ensure curriculum alignment and delivery consistency across all training groups.
  • Analyze consolidated weekly reports from Training Leads.
  • Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Present structured performance insights to senior management.
  • Monitor KPIs related to engagement, trainer performance, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Content Management to ensure curriculum clarity, updates, and alignment.
  • Coordinate with the Academic Committee to maintain academic standards and instructional consistency.
  • Communicate with operations and technical teams to resolve delivery challenges.
  • Act as the central link between training operations and academic strategy.
  • Design and oversee professional development plans for Training Leads and trainers.
  • Identify skill gaps and implement coaching or training initiatives.
  • Build leadership capacity within the training structure.
  • Oversee execution of both online and in-person training activities.
  • Ensure effective scheduling, trainer allocation, and program scalability.
  • Supervise major training events and quality milestones.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Education, or a related field (Computer Science preferred).
  • Minimum 5+ years of teaching or training experience in technical disciplines.
  • At least 2–3 years of leadership or team management experience.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Experience managing structured training programs or educational operations.

Nice-To-Have

  • Experience in EdTech or large-scale training environments.
  • Background in quality assurance frameworks.
  • Certification in Training, Learning & Development, or Educational Leadership is a plus.
